Why am I here?

Life is full of mirrors, but which ones are accurate? Between the filters of social media, the consumeristic messages of our system, relationships with others who have unresolved trauma, and walking through the world with one’s own unique experiences, it sometimes feels like one is walking through a hall of mirrors all reflecting a different bend or angle. While some 'mirrors' might accurately represent you another mirror might distort you leaving you confused. Alternatively, some might show only a flattering view, which feels good in the moment, but fails to show us the reality we need in order to grow. But which one is which?

I aim to provide a therapy space that takes you into an alternative looking glass. Reflecting back and processing the image together, we can puzzle through the bends of trauma, and the angles of neurodiversity in oneself, others, and the world around to discover a path towards becoming confident in the authentic version of you.

Whenever you are ready to process your past reflections and discover a new image of yourself there is someone waiting to follow you into the looking glass.
